Buying Twitter Likes—Smart Move or Scam

Okay, I’m tempted to buy Twitter likes to juice up my posts. There’s this site offering 200 likes for $5, and I’m wondering if it’s legit. I’m not big-time—just want my memes to pop off a little. Anyone tried this? Does it actually trick the algorithm into showing your stuff to more people, or is it a total scam? I don’t wanna get banned, but I’m tired of 3 likes max. Thoughts?
